Meet Our Team
Alexandra (Lexie) A.
Lexie joined CCFD in 2023, & works as the lab assistant in our Bolivia office. She attended Cape Fear Community College. Lexie is originally from the Charlotte area but settled down in Winnabow with her husband Jacob. In her free time she tends to her goats & chickens, explores new recipes, & watches old movies. Her dog Pico makes her smile!
Breayna W.
Breayna joined CCFD in April of 2025. She attended The University of South Carolina for Technology and Engineering and then attended the Accelerated Dental Academy EFDA. She is originally from Beaufort, SC and recently moved to Leland, NC. She enjoys traveling, exploring new areas, and binge watching Netflix in her free time.
Daneen H.
Another escapee from the harsh Ohio winters, Daneen moved to Conway, SC in 2024, joining CCFD as a Dental Assistant shortly thereafter. Other than going to the beach (which she loves!), Daneen stays active by roller skating, running, and working out at her gym.
Emily W.
Emily joined CCFD in 2023. She attended Alamance Community College and earned a DA11 certificate. She has worked in general dentistry and endodontics. When Emily has time to herself, she lives the coastal lifestyle enjoying beaches, bikes and bonfires. She plays darts and tennis and loves spending time with her kids.
Felicity W.
Felicity joined CCFD in March of 2025. She received her EFDA certificate from Sinclair Community College and has been in the dental field for 15 years. She is originally from Ohio but now lives in Wilmington, NC where She enjoys reading, loving on her animals (golden retriever and kittens), being at the beach, and spending time with her wife and son.
Heather M.
Heather has been with CCFD since September of 2020. Heather is new to the dental field but has been in the healthcare world for over 16 years! She is originally from the Maryland/Delaware area but has been in Wilmington since May of 2020. Heather enjoys going to concerts, going to the beach, living the married life, and spending time with her 2 cats.
Jasmin V.
Jasmin joined CCFD in 2023. She is working towards an Associate’s degree at Cape Fear Community College. Jasmin is from the small town of Teachy in Duplin County, NC. She lives in Wilmington and enjoys walking on the beach, hiking and just being outdoors in local parks. Jasmin loves spending time with her family, watching movies and “spoiling” her two cats.
Jill Y.
With over 20 years of experience as a dental assistant, Jill joined CCFD in 2024. Originally from Spartanburg, SC, Jill traded the mountains for the beach and moved to Leland in 2006. Jill loves spending time with her husband, son, and pets, 4-wheeling, and, of course, going to the beach.
Karla N.
Karla joined CCFD in 2022. She has over 15 years’ experience in dentistry and is a graduate of the Colorado School of Dental Assisting. Karla is from Indiana, she lived in Colorado for 27 years before relocating to Oak Island. She enjoys spending time at the beach, hiking, knitting and reading when she has free time.
Kelsey M.
Kelsey has been with CCFD since August 2020. Kelsey attended Cape Fear Community College and has been a dental assistant for 5 years. Kelsey is originally from PA, but now resides in Wilmington and has been there for 17 years. She enjoys going to the beach, paddle boarding, spending time with her boyfriend and her two fur babies Chloe and Sadie.
Kiersti S.
Kiersti joined CCFD in 2023. She has been a dental assistant for 13 years. She completed the CDA certificate program at YTI Mecanicsburg, earned an EFDA certificate at YTI Lancaster and is now going back to school to become a dentist. Kiersti is from Gettysburg, PA. She lives in Wilmington and enjoys gardening, travelling, camping, surfing and attending music festivals. In addition to her love of helping people through dentistry, she practices a holistic lifestyle and is a certified yoga instructor.
Madison R.
Madison joined CCFD in April of 2025. She has been in the dental field for 8 years and attended Fayetteville Technical Community College receiving her certificate in dental assisting. She is originally from Raeford, North Carolina but recently moved to Calabash. She enjoys being outside, crocheting, reading, cooking, thrifting, and spending time with her Australian Shepherd named Ollie!
Megan P.
Megan joined us at CCFD in 2017 and has been working in the dental field for three years. She is originally from Waxhaw, NC, and received her education from Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs. Megan moved to Southport, NC in 2017. When she’s not in the office helping patients, Megan enjoys beachcombing, hiking, fantasy football, and spending time with her husband.
Miranda H.
Miranda has been with CCFD since August 2020, after recently graduating from Cape Fear Community College on August 1, 2020. Miranda was born and raised in Nakina, NC where she still currently resides. Some of Miranda’s hobbies include swimming, going to the river, drawing, riding ATV’s and reading.
Penny J.
Penny joined CCFD in 2006 and has been in the dental field since 1979. She is from Greensboro, NC and has lived in Oak Island since 2006. Penny enjoys going to church and spending time with family and friends. She loves people and feels that she has been placed on this earth to serve.
Savannah G.
Savannah is from the Baltimore area and moved to Southport about a year and a half ago. She is currently attending the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and brings five years of customer service knowledge to the CCFD team, which she joined in 2019. In her free time, Savannah likes going to the beach and spending time with friends. She says, “Hanging out at American Fish Company listening to music is my favorite in the summer!”
Sheree T.
Sheree joined CCFD in August 2025. She attended Wake Tech, where she earned her CDA and X-ray certification. A Leland native, Sheree now lives in Rocky Point, NC. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, home improvement projects, decorating, and shopping.
Talia F.
Talia joined CCFD in November of 2024. She attended VCU and graduated with an associate degree in general health sciences. She is originally from Northern Virginia and currently resides in Leland, NC. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and traveling with her fiancé and daughter.
Tamesha H.
Tamesha has been with CCFD since February 2017. She attended Miller Motte and has been a dental assistant for 5 years. Tamesha is originally from Leland. Her hobbies include spending time with her 4 children and husband, cooking, shopping, getting dressed up, and modeling.
